Rowan - Director
Originally from the UK, Rowan has been at Arabanoo since July 2013 and has over 20 years experience in sports coaching and over 13 years in childcare management. He has a degree in Leisure Management and Diploma in Play work.
His main responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of running the Centre, recruitment, policies and procedures and finance.
Jennifer - Assistant Director - Education & People
Also from the UK, Jen joined Arabanoo in February 2017 after a career change from Primary School Teaching. She has a degree in Primary Education and English Literature with a Teaching Certificate.
Jen specialises in Early Years working closely with Kindergarten and Year one children. Her main responsibilities include staffing, programming and the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Marije - Assistant Director - Operations & Service Management
Marije (Mariah) is from the Netherlands and has an advanced diploma in Business Secretary & Office Management and has completed a Cert IV in Children’s Services. Marije joined the Arabanoo team in May 2012.
Her main responsibilities include enrolments, bookings, all communication with families, planning vacation care and managing extra-curricular activities.
Marije isn't just stuck in the office and loves being on the floor with the children. She can be found on either campus or down at the front gate welcoming or saying goodbye to you and your child.
Cassie - Assistant Director - Administrative Director
Cassie has been a part of our team since 2023 and holds a Diploma in School Aged Education and Care. She also has over 6 years of experience in childcare.
Her main responsibilities include overseeing systems, medical requirements, food safety, staff guidance and education, as well as collaborating closely with Poppy to ensure all children are included and supported.

Along with Jen, Cassie is dedicated to continuously improving our practices to provide the best care for your child.
Lucy - Staff Mentor
Lucy became a part of Arabanoo in 2022 and is dedicated to helping others.
Together with Cassie and Jen, Lucy offers assistance to staff, children and parents by building strong connections, creating plans for growth, offering continuous training for our team, and providing personalized support.

Poppy - Inclusion Support Coordinator
Poppy joined Arabanoo in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Primary Teaching with a focus on Special Education.
Together with our team, Poppy offers assistance to children and their parents through individualised care, personalised plans for progress, continuous training for our staff, and customised support for all children.

Lauren
Lauren joined Arabanoo in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on gender studies.

She is deeply committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the Centre and is devoted to fostering a secure and caring atmosphere for all children.

Lucy
Lucy became a part of Arabanoo in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications and International Relations.
She has a strong interest in managing the centre organisation as well as creating educational programs for the older children.
Ash
Ash joined Arabanoo in 2022 and is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
He has a strong passion for structure and order, and is always seeking ways to enhance the Centre and provide the best care for all children.
Zac
Zac joined Arabanoo in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Property Economics with a specialisation in marketing.
He is dedicated to enhancing the Centre and constantly strives for excellence in both the Centre and the care it offers.
